we enjoyed the spacious room a lot, it was very clean! the comfy bed ensured restful nights. the balcony offered amazing views. the provided amenities added a lot of comfort .

the hallways seemed slightly underlit, especially during the evening hours.

Acceptable Room, Disappointing Service

inattentive staff poor breakfast service

The room was spacious enough.

The staff at breakfast seemed overwhelmed. They did not offer coffee or tea at my table and ignored me. My husband had to get it himself, which I found really frustrating. It seemed that the staff did not care about the guests needs.
